Western Fabric Structures, through Western Specialty Structures, has installed hundreds of fabric tension buildings throughout the United States since its inception in 1999. We have significant experience installing for our own customers, as well as subcontracting our experienced installation crews where projects include fabric tension buildings as a component. Additionally, we are an installer of choice for some of the largest fabric membrane manufacturers in the US and Canada.

Our Sales and Construction Management Team will assist you in selecting the best building and foundation for your needs and then we will put our installation crews to work!

Utilizing a Western Specialty Structures crew is a cost-effective and efficient choice that ensures an on-time installation solution. From the smaller 26’ x 30’ pre-engineered quick structures used for residential or small business storage facilities; to the more commonly installed 60’ x 100’ arch or round style used by municipalities, schools and as riding arenas; to the larger 220’ x 800’ engineered buildings utilized by our large commercial customers our crews have a reputation of bringing the job in on time and in a safe manner. MSHA and OSHA certified our crews coordinate the installation of your fabric tension building utilizing the best equipment, materials and labor in the region.

If Western Specialty Structures acts as your General Contractor we will coordinate and supervise the installation of not just the fabric tension building, but the foundation and any accessory items you need to complete your project. Partnering with highly skilled sub-contractors who specialize in electrical, HVAC, and other professions we can ensure our customers a hassle free experience.

Service and Warranties

Upon completion of the installation process our Crew Supervisor will walk-through the project with you, the owner, and we will not leave until you are satisfied.  Western Specialty Structures’ services include the taking and submitting of the warranty pictures required by the manufacturer.  We work with the manufacturer to obtain your warranty and then provide you with your warranty documents, a copy of all the photographs and your Maintenance and Care instructions.   Any warranty issues that might arise can be taken care of by our crews in a timely manner and we will be happy to function as the liaison between you and the manufacturer.

All manufacturers offer warranties on the steel and then most offer 15 year pro-rata warranties on the fabric or 10 year on fire-rated fabric.

If you have warranty issues on an existing building, no matter what manufacturer or who installed the building please give us a call we will be happy to step in and facilitate the repair.
